At Lord & whisper Skin Care we require a valid credit card for booking services. 24 to 48 hours cancellation notice is required by phone.
UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT?
We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice.
CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email prior to your service (unless you're booking less than 24 hours in advance). Deposits for group services may be required and can be placed on your credit card.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to spa treatments will be charged 50% of service price. No-shows will be charged full value of service. Please keep in mind that because we make every effort to accommodate our clients' needs, appointment times are set. If you are late to your appointment, your service will be reduced in length in proportion to your lateness. You will still be responsible for the full value of your treatment.
